When it comes to imports, there really isn’t another option other than B-Pro. Before discovering B-Pro I’ve worked with other companies on imports in the past and didn’t have service anywhere close to what B-Bro provides. I’ve worked with Brian on multiple cars now and have had awesome service all the way through. Communication is the main thing when it comes to purchasing an unseen vehicle from Japan, and Brian will make sure all your questions are answered correctly and quickly. My documents were mailed and emailed to me quickly.

My son brought home a JDM Subaru and I immediately knew I wanted to explore the RHD experience. Brian came highly recommended in the JDM community so I contacted him to begin looking. Brian clearly explained the process to me, which turned out to be very easy. He went to great lengths to search his contacts for just the right car. I was a picky buyer and Brian patiently proposed a number of units until the right one was secured. Always wanted a little Kei truck after I drove one in 09′ at a landscape job in Saskatoon. I never thought I’d get one till a friend of mine suggested Brian at B-Pro. After I made the deposit he sent me some pictures of trucks to choose from. After I picked and paid for the 96 Honda acty, Brian was quick to get all the papers drawn up for shipping and after a few weeks it arrived in New Westminster cleared customs and a week later, on the train it went bound for Saskatoon. I have got it safetied and been driving it ever since, I love it and highly recommend if you want to import a vehicle B-Pro is the way to go.

I’ve always been curious about JDM cars especially the Subaru Impreza WRX STI. I went to different places here in Vancouver such as local importers looking for a decent STI but could never really find a proper one. Not because the car isn’t in good shape, but its because i didn’t really trust the salesmen. Buying a used car is already risky as it is. But buying it from the other side of the planet and could not understand inspection sheets or anything on the car, increases that risk. I went around forums and my friends asking for a good Importer and they recommended me Brian from B Pro. I took the shot and took the risk. After all, this is my first time importing a car and did not know what to expect. The car was in really good condition and of course, it wasn’t perfect considering it is a 15 year old car. I told him everything that needs to be done to it and he was quick to respond and he did everything he could to help out and he DELIVERED! My family owns 9 cars and we’ve dealt with MANY DEALERSHIPS and SALESMEN but i have NEVER experienced such excellency in service. Would i do business with Brian again? Absolutely! Would i recommend B Pro over other Importers? ABSOLUTELY! I HIGHLY recommend him! Id give him 11/10 stars for the incredible business and service! Keep it up good sir!

Wow, what can I say about Brian and B-Pro? Just exceptional service is probably the most accurate and succinct! I typically have pretty high standards for service, and Brian always completely exceeded them. I must have peppered the guy with more than 100 emails, and he always responded very quickly with comprehensive replies. Buying a JDM vehicle is a somewhat difficult process, with all the unknowns of procedures, vehicle conditions, costs and so on. Brian brings tremendous expertise to help navigate through all the confusion, and help the buyer find the vehicle they want at a price that fits their budget. I don’t think I would have taken the plunge to buy a JDM without his guidance. In the end, I picked up the SUV of my dreams – one that is in great shape, with the mods I was looking for. I could not be happier! This was a great experience.
